Things this sampler still needs

  • Air inlet line to lower hydraulics
  • PCB and MCU
  • Undo 5V buck converter wiring on flow meter (we determined that the flow meters operate reliably down to 3V, normal operating voltage on the board is 3.3V)
  • Add filters
  • Add flow meter

  • Filters added, still missing two long (black shrink wrap) filters
  • Flow meter line converted back to 3.3v
  • Air inlet to lower hydraulics added

Still missing:

  • Two long (black shrink wrap) filter assemblies
  • Plexiglass cover for electronics box
  • Flow meter
  • PCB
  • MCU

Added:

  • Flow meter
  • PCB
  • MCU with latest masterv4.2 software as of this comment and (relatively) up-to-date UI.
  • Remaining filters (these were taken from the batch that had some rust due to a cleaning process, they are on valves 12 and 14)

The sampler seems to be operational now so should be used for testing. It still needs the following before it is ready to deploy in the field:

  • Plexiglass cover for electronic box
  • Battery connector (battery spade terminals to quick connect)

For some reason during testing today this sampler has sprung several small leaks. It seems multiple check valves are leaking water, and value 16 is leaking from the valve itself. Cause is unknown, one idea is that the PAB froze with water inside the sampler, causing various parts to break?
