April 2023- Flow meter not working
Flow meter has stopped sending interrupts to PCB- Investigation ongoing

Flow meter tested and is electrically sound problem seems to be mechanical issue

May 2023- Flow meter fixed.
Small bits of material found to be clogging flow meter -Potentially related to dissolving filter debris
New filters have fixed problem

May 2023- Sampler clogging observed- Very low flow rates- Isolated to lower hydraulics

September 2023- Sampler fixed- Problem Isolated to Ball valve- Ball valve replaced and operating as normal

Oct. 4 2023: Wired ball valve on sampler and resolved a poor flow rate issue that was caused due to air leaking into an improper connection on the ball valve, related to issue mentioned in last comment.

Sampler seems to be working as it should at this time.

Two current issues:

• Sample steps of tasks are not running. Unknown cause, may be related to pressure setting or version of UI software used. Next steps: try a known-good version of UI software. Will need Marc or Nathan to build this for us.
• Hyperflush outputs to lower hydraulics only, does not run through filters/upper hydraulics. Valves for filters seem to be opening (making sounds) so we suspect that the lower hydraulic valve may not be closing. Unknown if this is a software issue or hardware. Next steps: try plugging lower hydraulic output lines and see if hyperflush now runs through upper lines.

Oct. 4th, 2023: Fixed issues above with a software update of the server software on the feather to whatever was on the masterv4.2 branch on this date.

Sampler seems to be working properly again.

Flow meter has stopped working post oak creek silt tests. According to notes from tests, filters were used, and flow meter stopped working and could not be repaired. We suspect that the flow meter is still working but was reassembled incorrectly after cleaning.

Flow meter will be retested and this issue will be updated today.

Riley disassembled and tested the flow meter and determined it was reassembled incorrectly. The flow meter is now working again.
