This issue is unique.

  • I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.

Operating System of DocumentServer

Windows Server

Version information

8.2.2.22

Expected Behavior

When exporting Inter.docx, which contains a third-party font, the resulting PDF should display correctly in LibreOffice Draw.

For reference, the PDF exported using OnlyOffice v8.1.0.169 appears as expected: Inter v8.1.0.169.pdf

Inter v8 1 0 169

Actual Behavior

The PDF exported with OnlyOffice v8.2.2.22 does not display properly in LibreOffice Draw: Inter v8.2.2.22.pdf

Note that dots are missing from the rendered content.

Inter v8 2 2 22

Reproduction Steps

  1. Download Inter and install all font files in the extras/ttf directory
  2. Open the provided .docx file in OnlyOffice.
  3. Use the "Save As" functionality to export it as a PDF.
  4. Open the resulting PDF in LibreOffice Draw.

Additional information

  • The issue occurs only when there is a colon above; any dots below fail to render in LibreOffice Draw.
  • While the exported PDF appears fine in other applications, this should be considered a regression since the issue did not occur in older versions of OnlyOffice.

Hello @mon-jai!
Thanks for your request! Indeed, version 8.2.2.22 has this problem, but it has already been fixed in the next major release! Please don't miss the update!

@TatianaKirillova Thanks for the response. Any idea of what caused this bug? This would be helpful as I've also reported it in the LibreOffice bug tracker.

In which version is this bug planned to be fixed? Do you mean v9 for the next major release?
