과하게 객체지향을 지향하다 예외 클래스가 너무 많이 만들어진 이슈를 해결

Todo ✔️

종류별 Exception 삭제 후 CustomException 혹은 KkumExcpeption과 같은 Naming을 가진 예외 클래스로 통합
