In the time series chart on region pages:

Try shading each line by the trend (using values from this data)
In the tooltip, along with the region name, show text that explains the trend (e.g. - "The score is increasing by 0.5 per year on average", or "The score has not changed significantly over time")
Include text above that describes the average change in the score / year for the given country

These tasks were originally outlined in issue #50
