Add tests and CI to the repo

As soon as we establish the workflow for both Data processing and model training, we should quickly write some tests to cover some basic pipelines and add those in the GitHub continuous integration (CI). This will also enable us to test on Unix, MacOS and windows, to anticipate some of the issues we already had.
