Meritocracy 是一个开源共同体中经常被提及、诠释，更重要的是执行的思想和原则，那么它在具体的项目、公司、共同体中是如何表现的：

Apache way 倡导Meritocracy，无论是共同体建设，还是贡献者的晋升机制。
RedHat 公司在企业的管理中倡导Meritocracy，无论是技术策略，还是文化决策
作为善意的独裁者之外的选择，Meritocracy 也在很多项目中被采用
该如何理解这个原则？在何种情况下更实用，或者说更适应那些人群？
在普及这个原则之前，受众应该了解那些思想和案例？
