Multi-column tables will allow for creating clean figures with gt tables that include more players.
Using more than 12-16 players in a single column makes it difficult to read.
This would also allow for listing the flex position not just top RB/WR/TE.

Allow for defining X amount of players and splitting into columns (e.g., maybe cols of 12)
