[BUG] Updating Twitter Icon to X and Adding Brand Colors on Hover in Footer

Description

The footer section currently:

• Displays the old Twitter icon, which needs to be updated to reflect Twitter's rebranding to X.
• Lacks brand-specific hover colors for social media icons, which could enhance the user experience and visual appeal.

Proposed Updates:

• Replace the existing Twitter icon with the updated "X" logo.
• Add brand-specific colors on hover for each social media icon to improve interactivity and align with respective platform branding.
• These changes will ensure the footer remains visually appealing, interactive, and up-to-date with current branding standards.
