LOOT load order not applied to NMM #1326

NMM detects LOOT and I can launch it from there. I sort and apply the load order, but it doesn't take effect in NMM.

Before this, I can immediately see the new load order getting applied in NMM. This is a screenshot of the very bottom of my list.
