NMM Unable to change load order Bug

Description:
There are no arrow buttons to change the load order. The mods are in alphabetic order. You can't drag and drop them either. Also there are no numbers for the load order.

Starting NMM CE reproduces this (Note: I have only tried Baldur's Gate 3 so far). I think v0.85.0 worked for me, but it's been several years since I used it (I had a stroke). I recently opened it and it said an update was available, so I upgraded it.

There are no trace logs.

I tried Skyrim SE today and it seems to be OK. It has arrows and load order numbers. I didn't install anything, so I didn't try it out.
