Consider default behavior; optional backend services are listed here. I still need to test, but if this is comparable to Nemo in terms of speed then I think it makes sense to have it enabled by default

Adds a FasterWhisper STT deployment with the default medium model and a Gradio interface.

I haven't quite worked out how to test this locally yet. When I did a
helm templatecheck it didn't show up, so I think I'm missing something.
