Our OMOP CDM 5.3 at Regenstrief is currently stored in a Postgres database
Can this Python script include a postgres adapter?

Thanks for considering, Jeff Warvel - Regenstrief Inst.

Hi Jeff,
I don't have a way to test a postgres DB connector. If you want to try to modify the python code to work with postgres, I can work with you to get this integrated into the py exporter.
We can discuss via Zoom if that helps.
thanks
-Marshall

Marshall - Thanks for reaching out. I did local modification to the python script and have some code working for Postgres, but it's not complete.
A zoom would be great. I am Eastern time and could meetup this coming week on Mon 1-2pm, 4pm or Tues 10-12 if any of those work for you.
