User Story: Resetting Filters

A user should have the ability to reset an individual filter when they would like to clear out their selection. Additionally, users have the ability to clear all selection and return to the initial state of CPP through clear filtering button.

This feature is connected to the following user stories:

• User Story: Search by Attribute - Managing Agency #126
• User Story: Search by Attribute - Project Type #127
• User Story: Search by Attribute - Project Amount #128

Acceptance Criteria

• A reset selection and clear filtering option should appear if any filter is populated
• If a user decides to clear filtering, return to the initial state for all filters
• If a user decides to reset a selection, return to initial state for the specified filter
