What new functionality do you need?

As a CI user I need the ability to have a mechanism to select the specific cases to run within the pipeline.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

We need a configurable and/or selectable construct for running cases so that we can run cases that match the resource footprint on the cloud.

The selection can be made:

• From a file
• From typing in a comment under a specific format
• From radio buttons on the dispatch selector
