The download statistics visualization in this notebook can be further extended, e.g.:

Enhancements

  • selecting certain ressources (e.g. our ressources vs not our ressources) and plotting:
    (https://github.com/NFDI4BIOIMAGE/training/blob/main/resources/nfdi4bioimage.yml) the type of the entry )

    • if there are differences in downloads between our ressources and others?

  • topics / tags of the entries in nfdi4bioimage.yml

    • how is the distribution of topics among the ressources in our database?
    • how are topics differing in downloads (e.g. relatively: downloads_per_day_for_tag / all_downloads_per_day)

  • add authors as py or json file

Modifications

  • Downloads per day over time plot, plot only top 5 entries for better overview
  • Views per day over time plot, plot only top 5 entries for better overview
  • Plot top 10 downloaded items last week
  • Appendix: Statistics -> update visuals

Note: Modify our_authors(= List of strings which should contain all associated people)
