git-bob implement a python jupyter notebook "temp.ipynb" that opens the file "resources/nfdi4bioimage.yml" as text file, replaces "Sara Hern\xE1ndez-p\xE9rez" by "Sara Hernández-Pérez" and "S\xE9amus Holden" by "Séamus Holden" and saves the file under the same name. Afterwards, delete "temp.ipynb".
