[Payments] Deleting a payment request shows error message

Problem

When a user with create permissions tries to delete a pending payment request, they get an error message that something went wrong.

Acceptance Criteria

• User should see a successful message that the request was deleted.

@Megha-Dev-19 @ori-near Initially, I thought of explaining to users that it won’t be visible in history, but I think notifications will be enough because we'll have them at history tab later when indexer works. So lets keep it simple
