Since 2018, EML has allowed for extra fields to support publication of data papers that include more complete narratives about a data set. See NCEAS/eml#269.

This issue involves ensuring that these fields are visible on dataset landing pages when they are available in the EML.

We want to use these sections to show more information about layers in the PDG portals. Related issue: #1923
