Summary

This issue will be used to track updates and to-do lists for a new NCEAS Welcoming Committee.

Starting Tasks

  • Discuss new welcome committee with Courtney & Ben (Michelle)
  • Announce Welcome Committee at Coffee Klatch & Slack to gauge interest and form committee
  • Create guidance for welcoming committee on how to welcome new employees
