@NCATSTranslator/im-prove-agent please let us know your plan for SPOKE. My understanding is that embedded KPs have the option to be TRAPI or provide KGX files, but this may not be the latest info.

@sstemann I changed our team name to make our "branding" consistent and it seems like I broke some links, sorry about that.

SPOKE is accessible via the imProving Agent API. An otherwise unspecified (i.e. no query options) query will return nodes and edges directly from SPOKE without additional queries to KPs or scoring. The SmartAPI Registration can be found here: https://smart-api.info/ui/415c3b1a85ead4ceb58caf00dee9b24e

On KGX, @baranzini-lab continues to attend the KGE weekly meeting.

@brettasmi @baranzini-lab @cartmanbeck I wanted to circle back since I don't attend the KGE meetings. is SPOKE available as a KGE now? I know Chunlei mentioned working with that WG on determining ways to register these files through SmartAPI also.
