Add RDF export to RoboCORD

RoboCORD currently only produces a tab-delimited file showing mappings from paper ID to entities recognized in its title + abstract + fulltext (if available). We plan to add an RDF export so you get the same metadata for each paper as you do with Omnicorp (after PR #32). However, this doesn't appear to be urgent, so I won't build this until it's actually necessary.
