Camera Location Change causes freeze

Description

Camera as well as the entire browser window when looking at latitudes close to their limits for https://worldwind.earth/explorer/. This behavior could perhaps happen in other scenarios so perhaps take a look at camera transformation code or other related code as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to the URL above.
2. Drag the map to the South Pole.
3. Browser freezes
