Help with retrieving my BTC in multicoin #827
Comments
Do you have multicoin app still installed on your computer? As long as you have old files or their backup, there is some chance of recovering it. |
Thanks for the reply, I do not have the multicoin app & have upgraded my devices since 2014. Which makes me think it was an online app. I have the backup multibit.csv file. It was assumption this file can be used to restore the transaction. I will continue to Investigate. |
i guess you used multibit wallet. you may reach www.btc2doge.com ; he helps recovered my dogecoin. |
Thanks @doge2021 I will check them out |
Hey bro, did you find a solution. I have the same issue |
Hi, I had transferred BTC into a multicoin app in 2014. I am trying to retrieve the BTC for funds as required. I see multicoin is not available. I have a local folder with a multibit.csv file with details & transaction ID. The Transaction ID is c1788caccfb590525ae5193a820cfd3cd8f83d036eab48c57f9e9dc236b9c7d5
I can find the ID on blockchain.com, the BTC are still sitting on the same address.
I need help me on the steps I need to action to transfer my BTC?
I cannot see a local wallet & assume multicoin was an online app. The multibit.csv file does have details of the BTC move from coins-e to the multicoin wallet. I am stuck on how I access it now
The address is the following: 1QCYBCFVrjBWyryKreyNvGzN6uiXM15sQ1.

Would anyone be able to tell me if a wallet is 100% required, either local or online?
Any help is appreciated.
