[GENERAL] "Add to Cart" and "Buy Now" Buttons Display Incorrect Behavior

Description:

When clicking the "Add to Cart" button, both "Add to Cart" and "Buy Now" buttons incorrectly show the item as already added to the cart. However, the "Buy Now" button does not proceed to the checkout as expected

Expected Behavior:

Clicking the Add to Cart button should only update the cart and not affect the "Buy Now" button.
Clicking the Buy Now button should take the user directly to the checkout page
