原来是主人QAQ

但是目前确实没有想到特别的理由加这个呢…主要是有几个的点（还得等ftoa在内的一片片函数），至少包括：

舍入截断怎么考虑呢
精度（例如0.235 q2 具体到0.25，要不要变成q4等等的更高精度的去处理呢）

其次是fmt的重点更侧重于了itoa，也许我们应该做一个scanf? 等等

总而言之，它有一些问题需要考虑，其次是这样子的api看上去似乎并不和fmt的重点相关呢
