我已经使用 dev分支版本测试过，问题依旧存在。
我已经在 Issue Tracker 中找过我要提出的问题，没有找到相同问题的ISSUE。

重现步骤

1.下载了最新版本的 (https://github.com/Mrs4s/go-cqhttp/releases)
2.运行: go-cqhttp_windows_amd64.exe -update-protocol
协议是 Android Pad, 报错如图所示:

已经是最新了, 请问应该去哪里下载更新的版本呢?

启动失败, 让升级重试
