I am using the diagnostic biochips probe with 128 electrodes arranged in a staggered linear fashion. I am able identify good clusters whose spike times give expected trial-averaged PSTHs. However when computing the isolation scores of the clusters they don't seem to exceeding 0.5. Is there a way to systematically gauge the isolation quality of the cluster in the Phy view? There is a parameter called contamination pct but that doesn't seem to be related to the isolation score directly?
