这个功能解决了什么问题？

在进行对notify组件的二次简单封装时，想要提供一个loading函数，打开即是loading的notify；用于提示正在加载中；已知晓有loading组件，该功能是为notify的扩展

你期望的 API 是什么样子的？

大致入参与现有的API保持一致；并且新增一个选项可自定义loading的icon
