clang14 can not build

Hello sir,

I tried to built ruri,it has some errs:

When I add '-enable-trivial-auto-var-init-zero-knowing-it-will-be-removed-from-clang' ,it shows:

It's too early to use GNU23 standard, so I've back to GNU99.
-ftrivial-auto-var-init=zero is not supported in old compilers, I removed it.

Archlinux is using clang 16, and termux is updated to 17... It's crazy.
But I believe that some companies, especially Ba*du are still using a very very old version 🤣

That's outrageous. Oh, I'm using ubuntu 22.04lts instead of ubuntu devel, so that's okay😅. There is even clang11 in the ubuntu22.04 software source
