Interpretation of charts in tensorboard #814

Hi everyone, I'm sorry if the question sounds stupid but I'd like to know how to interpret some charts in tensorboard. Mainly this one search/data/population/complexities 
I understand the X axis if sor complexities, but not sure to understand the Y axis and the highlighted white number (64.0 and 5279) Many thanks for your help :) |

So this plot is basically 3D. x-axis complexity. y-axis is density. The third axis, z-axis (shown in layers of histograms) is the number of steps. |

Hello and thank you for your answer. Am I correct to interpret this figure like this then ? "At step 5279 (the white line) the genetic algorithm has slightly 2 peaks density around complexity equals to 7 and 37" Once again, thank you very much |
