French translation issues in PowerToys Keyboard Manager docs

I found two translation errors in the French translation for the instructions on how to install PowerToys.

1. The phrase "pour les utilisateurs de l’alimentation" is a mistranslation of "for power users". It should instead be something like "pour les utilisateurs expérimentés".
2. The sentence immediately following that translation error could be improved: "votre Windows expérience" should be read "votre expérience Windows".
