Subject: [PATCH] Update copilot-plugins-architecture.md

Delete duplicate work /the/ from line 81. Change "user" to "maker" assuming they are talking about makers/developers rather than [end]-users. This better aligns with other documentation and separates out makers/developers from users/end-users to enhance clarity of topic.
