[Design] Build Swap UI into page #21

Assuming JSON data is available and deserialized, AND the functionality to perform a swap is already created,

We are building the Exchange swap page, and have to implement the swap function within the page

This ticket is to implement said swap, but ONLY the display of it, making the functionality accessible via a Swap UI in the Exchange page

(This is also the component that handles the POOL$GEAR UI)
