Whether there is a way for the rule-providers to support writing the rule-set directly instead of using a file

I want to add my own rules to be written as collections for use in rules and nameserver-policy

nameserver-policy:
  'rule-set:myownruleset': 8.8.8.8
rules:
  - RULE-SET,myownruleset,PROXY

myownruleset sample:

domain,steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net
domain,cdn-lfs.huggingface.co

After searching the wiki I want to use the rule-providers to implemente it.
Currently, there are three types of rule-providers, domain/ipcidr/classical.
No direct use of content.

For some reason I want to be able to edit the rules directly in this configuration file so that I don't need to provide a server to subscribe and update myownruleset in myownruleset.yaml to because I supplement and edit the rules frequently.

Now can I do what I want to do, how to do it, or is there a similar way?
And I found sub-rules but I don't know if it can be used in nameserver-policy

Or does the nameserver-policy can use proxy-groups?
