每次打开都是 http://127.0.0.1:9090，希望可以在容器启动的时候可以自定义该 url，这样只需要输入密码即可

不是一个需求，我这个需求仅仅是修改 setup 页面的这个url

可以参考yacd使用环境变量配置的方式
