To limit who is allowed to make changes to the diagram, that should be enforced by the user roles afforded to the user.
@stappan could you please give us precise acceptance criteria for this?
who are the user roles that should be allowed to edit the graph between Triage operator, Curator and Reviewer?
Is there any other functionality that we want to limit for the other? meaning, should we disable the smart routing, lock and save mechanisms for these users and leave accessible to them only the zoom in/out and reset?
how should the graph behave if they have editing power over the path builder? should the graph just ignore that?
