3D viewer Labels

Some labels are appearing in the viewer where no element is represented

seems that the labels are not connected to the spheres represented. By zooming in it may give the feeling of them just being wrongly labelled but I think that's not what's going on

With Neurons and Contacts it also happens. Example:

in the previous video it seems that the labels mapping is correct in terms of shape but not position, not overlapping with what's actually represented

This issue reminds me of:
MetaCell/geppetto-meta#223

0.0.7-hotfix.1.0 (the version used on the latest yale deployment) does not include the fix for the above, maybe that's the problem
