是否可以考虑基于定时心跳上报方式判断wokerId节点是否过期或者已废弃，启动时过期或者废弃节点可以重复使用，解决wokerId回收问题

美团早就不维护这项目了吧，我自己开发了一个维护workId，基于grpc双向流维护心跳维持
