Describe the problem

Expected behavior: Normal work for a long time

Actual behavior: After some time, the Internet stops working completely. Both proxied and direct.

How to reproduce

Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.4037

Leave to work for some time, usually from 5-10 minutes to several hours.
Restart proxy or app helps. If you turn it off, the direct connection starts working immediately.

Same issue。用一段时间（不固定）后，代理就失效了，打开网页显示代理错误，需要重新启动程序或者代理服务。

也是同样问题，打开代理之后，然后进行关闭，这时候打开edge浏览器随便搜索一下就会显示代理错误（或者关闭edge浏览器再打开搜索就会恢复），好久的bug了我以前就发现了一直没有被修复，复现率可达100%（我自己排除了一切可能干扰的因素）

After some time of usage, the internet starts slowing down significantly, websites take a very long time to load (and some don't load at all, just spinning the loading wheel). If I restart the application or disable it, everything works fine. It's unclear what's causing this. Maybe some connections are getting clogged, or it might be something else.
