Permissions Nodes doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce this Bug

1. Changed from PermissionsEx to UltraPermissions
2. Normal /f base commands doesn't work anymore for normal players / Non OP players

Observed Results

Faction commands doesn't work for normal players and only spits out You are not permitted to use Factions Base Command. Checked permissions in UltraPermissions but it still won't allow my normal players to use basic /f commands.

Expected Results

I already rechecked the permissions, even added every single permissions related and needed for the commands but still doesn't work.
