Job, Dataset, and Event Tables should be filterable, sortable, and searchable

For each of the main pages with tables (Jobs, Datasets, and Events) columns should have a way to filter out, sort in ascending or descending order, and search as best as possible to ease the process of finding applicable items. Also, it would be helpful if the tables enumerated the page that the user is on (possible 1 or 2 before/after) and allow the user to go directly to the first and last page of the table.
