Who can archive and change title of threads?

To use the /close or /title commands, the user needs to fulfill one of the following:

  • The thread started on a message from this user
  • User has permission to Manage threads
  • User has the Administrator permission

Coming soon:

  • The user owns the thread (requires that the bot is given Manage threads permission)
