Who can use /close and /title commands?

Sidnote: pressing the red "Archive" button is the same as invoking the /close command

• Users that sent the message that got auto-threaded
• Users with the Manage threads permission
• Users with the Administrator permission

• Thread owners (requires that the bot is given Manage threads permission)

Who can use the /configure commands?

• Users with the Kick members permission
• Users with the Administrator permission
