Python Issue?

Hello im not very savvy when it comes to computer or code this is the first time I downloaded something of bithub. I tried following a tutorial but the guy in the vids RVC automatically works while when I try to open web-go bat a python error comes up. Im unsure of what this means but expect I had to have something downloaded firsthand can anyone explain this to me thank you. :)

did you extract the zip? I got same error when I run it whit out extract

Checked correct Python version, installed most of all libraries, still nothing...

Try running python.exe --version. If this throws an error, try targeting the correct Python executable.
