I selected 3 drivers to download in the tool. When the tool finished the download/extract/import process, I have the following nodes in ConfigMgr:
Packages
Driver Packages
HP
Drivers - HP Elite Mini 600 G9 PC - Windows 11 23H2 x64 (this is one of the models I selected, but one of 3, the other 2 don't show up here)
PackageType
Make
Model
Drivers - HP Pro SFF 400 G9 Desktop PC - Windows 11 23H2 x64 (another of the 3 models I selected)
Why do they show up in 2 different places? Will they both work? I actually only need the SFF 400 to work; the other 2 (including the one that doesn't show up) were just selected as tests. Is the SFF 400 (under the PackageType node under Packages) in the correct location? So the tool created 3 nodes under Packages: BIOS Packages (contains empty HP folder), Driver Packages and PackageType that are populated as I've drawn above. I'll type and grab a screenshot.
