The above error does not show when running in PS5. Only in PS7.

Looks to be specific to 7.4.X. GitHub Actions runners have switched there and so far I haven't had success downgrading the runner to a different PS version.

This is also affecting Azure DevOps pipeline runs when you are not using Windows Powershell.
