Failed to retrieve Packages

I am getting this error during my TS " - Failed to retrieve available package items from AdminService endpoint. Error message: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send." If I run the script on the server with debug commands and the same username and password, the script returns no errors. If I run it again with debug commands on my workstation, the script also seems to run fine.
