'summarize' operator: Failed to resolve table or column expression named 'CloudLAPSClient_CL'... when deploying workbook with new deployment

I installed and configured CloudLAPS with our test environment/tenant about 2 months ago without issue.
it was fully tested and works beautifully.
I have today tried to do another completely new deployment into a different tenant.
the installation completed without error but when i come to install the 2 x workbooks i get the error about CloudLAPSClient_CL and CloudLAPSAudit_CL not existing. When looking into the workspace it appears these tables have not been created.
Is this a fault with a recent update ?

I struggled with this today - turns out #27 explains that the log is created when the first event comes through, although #63 does not help.
