Add some D3 maps into community profiles

@japartridge are you picturing an additional tab which has a map viz for a couple indicators? Are there particular maps or data you have in mind? Pop by tract or some shared ACS indicator, or ones that might be more specific or policy oriented transportation, housing, climate ones?

I will also note I just open #358 which is related and I see as generating preview maps of our currently tabular data in the data browser.

Not necessarily additional tabs, but a map on each tab (or some of them) below the charts. For example on the demographic tab, I could see adding a chart that shows share residents of color by muni, or a dot density of race. On the economy tab a map of unemployment rates by census tract. I imagine we would highlight the muni you are looking at with a bold boarder or call-out of some sort. It is definitely related to #358; I guess just showing a view of specific datasets on the com profile tabs.
